Enquiries and instrument selection
We use the name, institution, email address and measurement requirements you provide to answer your enquiry and prepare a suitable configuration or quotation. Please include only information needed for the discussion. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
The instrument finder works in your browser. Its answers reach us only when you submit an enquiry or send an email. Online enquiries pass through Vercel and Resend to our business mailbox. If online sending is unavailable, the form prepares a message in your own mail application, which you send yourself.
Processing needed to prepare a contract requested by you is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Handling enquiries from institutional representatives is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Providing contact details is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond.
Retention and recipients
Labornite’s published customer-contact policy provides for deletion of enquiry messages within at most two years of receipt. If an enquiry becomes a contractual relationship, the relevant contractual and statutory retention requirements apply separately. Access is limited to people handling the enquiry and the technical providers used for delivery and hosting.
Website, video and optional analytics
Vercel hosts this site and processes technical connection data such as IP addresses. The YouTube player connects to Google only when you activate the video. The locally hosted cover image does not contact YouTube.
If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you allow analytics. It measures page visits, instrument-finder steps and enquiry outcomes. We do not include your name, email address or message in our analytics events. You can decline or withdraw your choice using “Analytics preferences”. Your preference is stored in your browser; analytics cookies have a configured lifetime of six months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where the GDPR conditions are met. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@labornite.hu. You may also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH, or seek a judicial remedy.

International providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Their data-processing and transfer terms are available below.
